Not proven

The list the tests do not cover.

A list of unproven claims says nothing about why each is unproven, and the reasons here are not the same kind of thing.

Status

Nothing is deployed. No address exists on any chain.

There is no factory address, no vault address and no mine address, on mainnet or on any testnet. No transaction has been broadcast. What exists is source, a test suite, the measurements on these pages — and a deploy script that has not been run.

01  /  What is not proven

The list the tests do not cover — and why each one is not covered.

A list of unproven claims says nothing about why each is unproven, and the reasons here are not the same kind of thing. Three cannot be moved by any further work at all.

The 30% share is an open item

Rule 001 recommends 3% at a 2% tax. We credit ten times that, we are submitting it as it stands, and Flap decides.

MECHANISMtrue by construction

A deposit is not an identity

One actor can fund many keys and run many rigs. The mechanism proves work, not personhood.

What would move itnothing — it is a property of the mechanism

Blockhash is not a VRF

Fixing credit to the seed stops a miner choosing a richer period after the fact. It does not make one block hash resistant to validator influence or collusion.

What would move itnothing — it is a property of the chain
DISCLOSUREstated, not a defect

The Guardian’s reach is real

Rule 009 exempts a proxy vault from emergency withdrawals because the Guardian upgrade path is the emergency mechanism. That exemption is real, and so is what it implies.

The fork suites are not pinned to a block

Seven public BSC endpoints were probed and none serves archive state; history older than roughly two minutes is pruned on all of them. A run is self-consistent but not reproducible across runs, and the measured gas is a band — 108,115 to 108,122 — whose reproducible fact is the 120,000 assertion rather than the point.

The Flap prelude is not unmodified

One edit in four places: a chain-id branch appended to two address tables in the vault base and two in the factory base. No existing chain branch was removed; that was checked by grepping the diffs.

Anyone can deploy an unregistered mine and vault

The deployers are ungated helpers; only the portal-guarded factory route attaches a pair to a Flap tax stream.

This is a self-audit

It is not a substitute for Flap review or for an independent third-party audit.

What would move itan independent auditor

Four of the eight cannot be moved by any amount of further work — they are properties of the mechanism, the chain, or the exemption this vault is claiming, and they are drawn that way rather than left to read as pending. The other four each name the one thing that would move them: Flap’s written answer; an archive node and FORK_BLOCK; reading the four diffs and an independent auditor. Every one of those is a thing more testing produces.

02  /  Status

Nothing has been broadcast.

The deploy script exists and would put seven contracts on chain and write a manifest. It has not been run. There is no git remote on the repository either; the submission check asserts all three of those facts rather than stating them.
